In 2019, FanDuel opened their first retail Sportsbook in Pennsylvania at the Valley Forge Casino Resort. I was part of the big launch, printing the first bet of the newly opened Sportsbook for former Eagles great, Brent Celek. From there I went on to handle the most transactions throughout all of FanDuel before ultimately climbing the ladder to a supervisor role within the company.
During that time with Valley Forge Casino Resort, I also worked part time at Parx Casino’s off-track location, the Valley Forge Race and Sportsbook. Between the Valley Forge Casino Resort and the Valley Forge Race and Sportsbook, I offer nearly 4 years of combined retail Sportsbook experience. I’ve also been an avid sports bettor, following the market trends and exploring the many offers at various sportsbooks.
I love sports, and I enjoy continuing to educate myself on the ever-changing, intertwined industries of sports and sports betting. I strive to understand how the games are played and I research to understand how the betting markets are graded and settled.
